Windows 10: Problem with audio input and output - Steelseries Arctis 3 console ed and Realtek audio console

Hi, I am in need of help with audio problems, I have a steelseries headset that plugs into my laptop. Whenever I use it there is no change in input or output there is only Realtek. I can hear sound through the headphones but cannot talk through the mic. I believe it to be a problem with realtek picking up my laptop mic rather than headset. Whenever I try to open the Realtek audio console I get this message.I tried to update it which was a suggestion on the microsoft store but it couldn't update because the app was "in use". I then tried to uninstall and reinstall it but that is not working eit

RealTek Audio Console is Blank

I own a Dell G3 3590 with Windows 10 Home Edition in it , my Realtek Audio Console appears blank when I open it but still my audio output works fine, and also i can't find Realtek audio manager in Control Panel, I tried updating Realtek driver in Device
Manager and also tried Re-installing Realtek Audio Console App from Microsoft Store but no hope still the Realtek Audio Console Main Screen is Blank . Please help me with a solution. Thanks in advance

 

Realtek Audio Console not working upon pop up selection

I would suggest you refer to the below steps and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Step 1. Uninstall Realtek Audio Console.

1. Press the Start Menu and type in Settings and press enter.

2. Navigate to Apps > Apps & features.

3. Scroll down and search for Realtek Audio Console and uninstall.

Step 2. Download & install the Realtek Audio Console.

Step 3. Enable Jack detection when device is plugged in

1. Open Realtek Audio Console.

2. Navigate to 'Device advanced settings'.

3. Toggle on 'Enable Jack detection when device is plugged in'.

4. Restart your computer, and when it boots up, check to see whether or not the problem has been resolved.

Realtek Audio Console REQUIRES a Realtek HD (UAD) Driver!!

Good stuff! I basically did step 1 and then installed the latest driver from Dell's site for my Aurora R7 and played with the Realtek Audio Console and I like it so far. This is what I have for version.






And plus I just bought this Steelseries Arctis Pro Wireless gaming headphones. I game mostly and these are incredible so far.
