Windows 10: Problem with BGAUpsell.exe

Hi there,I'm facing a very frustrating problem on multiple devices +20, windows 10/11 doesn't matter.After Logon the screen stays black but the cursor is moving. If I open Taskmanager I see a task with cpu load named bgaupsell.exeAll I can do is killing the task runonce.exe and the desktop appears immediatley. After a restart the problem is still there. In HKLM\..\runonce and sometimes in HKCU there's an entry that points to C:\Windows\TEMP\Mstub don't remember the exact path. bgaupsell.exe in this folder is signed by microsoft aka not a virus.I know that bgaupsell.exe has something to d

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
