    Problem with black screen with cursor and no working taskbar.


    Hi, I have an Asus Vivobook 15 laptop running Windows 11. I tried to download something from Microsoft Store but it won't work so I reseted it. After that I saw that it freezed reseting so I updated my Windows. After the update Microsoft Store dissapeared and I rebooted the laptop, after that the taskbar dissapeared too so I rebooted again and this time the display gone black with cursor . At first, the admin account was working fine but then it started too to make these things. I TRIED EVERY SINGLE METHOD ONLINE BUT NONE OF THEM WORKED. PLEASE HELP!!!

    It is frozen or just black screen in Safe mode ?
    might try to repair Windows by an installation DVD or a USB stick

    So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?
