    Problem with Canon MF Scan Utility, print but don't scan


    I buy new Lenovo Thinkpad and install all windows updates and drivers and software for Canon MF453dw software. When I start scanning with the CANON MF SCAN UTILITY program, the following message appears: "Cannot communicate with the scanner. The cable may be disconnected, or the scanner may be turned off. Check the scanner status and try again. Scanner driver will be terminated."I reinstalled the drivers again, reset the printer, modem. I try to blocked all firewall, but problem is not solved.I have installed on old Lenovo which I didn't windows update and still works on it.
