Windows 10: Problem with changing product key

Hello, I have a problem with changing the product key. Couple months ago I installed the free Windows, which is the Enterprise edition. It got expired and I bought a Windows 10 Pro key and when i tried changing it, I got an error message, 0xc004f050. After that, i started looking up for solutions on the Internet and tried some of them but they didn't help. After me trying to fix it, now i have a red text with error code 0xc004f014. I have a product key for Windows 10 Pro and Windows Enterprise edition, i bought for enterprise too because i wasn't sure if the problem wasn't from the windows version i want.

And my question is how to fix it?

Get Windows 10 app not responding after changing product key

• Windows 8.1 was with KMS license
• Reserved free upgrade to Windows 10
• Bought Windows 8.1 product key and changed product key via PC info app
• Get Windows 10 app not responding.

Steps tried

• Uninstall KB 3035583 using wusa /uninstall
• Restart
• Reinstall KB 3035583 using Windows Update
• Restart
• Click on Get Windows 10 icon, not responding.

Steps:

• Press and hold Windows key + R.
• Type ‘slui 3’.
• Enter your old product key and try to change product key
• Use the new product and check if you are able to activate.

Cant change product key?

I had the same problem with a fresh install when I allowed Windows 10 to update itself before changing the product key. Going back to a fresh install of Windows 10 and THEN IMMEDIATELY going to Settings, Activation, Change Product Key allowed me to change the product key and activate.
