Windows 10: Problem with dpc watchdog violation windows 11

it just crashed outa no where. like barely 2 weeks ago it crashed before because of a kernel security check failure im lowkey scared since my laptop is new and it recently went through an automatic repair loop situation where i had to send it off to get it wiped the people that did it for me said this is a purely software issue related to the operating system and everything why does it keep blue screening
