Windows 10: Problem with empty windows from recycle bin in Windows 11

Hello, When I right-click on the recycle bin and select "Empty recycle bin", I sometimes get an empty window. If I left-click on the taskbar, the contents of the previously empty window are displayed. I checked the RAM for errors using memtest. Everything OK. The Intel test tool also shows no errors on my CPU. Windows 11 24H2 is currently up to date, 06.03.25. I hope someone has a solution to the problem for me. An offline scan with Windows Defender showed no malware. Thank you in advance for any help

To prevent your files from being deleted from the Recycle Bin, we suggest increasing the maximum file size your Recycle Bin can keep by following the steps below:

• Right click on the Recycle Bin icon.
• Under the Settings for selected location, select Custom size.
• Fill up the box for your allotted maximum file size for your Recycle Bin.

  Press Windows Key + R and type "gpedit.msc".

  Navigate to User Configuration" - "Administrative Templates" - "Desktop".

  In the right pane Double-click "Remove Recycle Bin icon from desktop".

  Check if it is enabled/disabled. If it is enable I suggest you to disable it and check if it helps.
