Windows 10: Problem with .exe files

I think i did something on my pc, so now command prompt, regestry editor, etc and all apps are asked to be opened in a new file. I think i may have done something to the .exe thing itself. Any solution?

I changes .exe (Default) files data value, and now I can't open .exe files. Can anyone tell me the normal data value for .exe?
