    Problem with input after changing hard drive


    I was having problems with my computer so I bought a new hard drive and used the USB media download to install Windows 10. Did the updates and everything was working fine. Swapped out the drive and put it back in the case and turned it on and now the keyboard and mouse won't work. Tried the off and on process to go to the place where you can get to Safe Mode. Can get to the choices under Troubleshoot and when I choose SM, the keyboard and mouse stop working again. I am truly at my wit's end =
