Windows 10: Problem with insider program

Ok, whenever I try to report an issue with windows insider build I can not scroll past the size of the open window,so can not report the problem.Any help with this would be appreciated.Thanks

link. Please make sure that you are registered to the Insider program. Once registered, you can now install the Windows 10 Insider Preview for
your device.

Getting out of the Insider Program

I never completed the insider program step. I would like to get out of it without having to complete it without having to proceed and then having to reinstall Windows 10.

Any suggestions?

To give you a better resolution, we need to clarify something. Are you signed in with the same Microsoft email that you used to register in Insider Program? We suggest that you go to
Settings>Accounts. Scroll to the bottom and under "Other accounts you use" select "Add a Microsoft account".
Use your existing account and enter your password. Note that if you have two-step verification associated with your Microsoft account, you'll need to verify it as well.
