Windows 10: Problem with keyboard

    Problem with keyboard


    how do I fix my keyboard it is being weird, whenever I press ctrl+alt + n this comes up "ñ" and when I press ctrl+alt+c this comes up "©" etc etc, and when I want to type only one " or ` then I have to press one more key after that or else it doesnt come up how do I fix this? I recently reinstalled windows 10, it wasn't like this before
