    Problem with laptop


    For the past few days, I've been having problems with my laptop, which keeps showing a blue screen. The laptop is quite new, and I have no idea where this problem is coming from. The Control Panel shows me these errors:17.03 -The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000133 0x0000000000000001, 0x0000000000001e00, 0xfffff800aa1c33a0, 0x0000000000000000.18.03 -The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f 0x00

    Shutdown problem on my Windows 10 laptop.

    We suggest that you follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issues with the shutdown function of your laptop:

    • Type Troubleshooting in the search bar beside the Windows icon.
    • Select Troubleshooting from the results.
    • Under System and Security, select Fix Problems with Windows Update.
    • Choose Troubleshoot as an Administrator.
