Windows 10: Problem with laptop's bluetooth.

So I have this problem with my laptop that sometimes the bluetooth just disappears and when I troubleshoot it via update and security it says that the device does not have bluetooth. The laptop is Acer Aspire E5-575G 56gy. Tried reinstalling the drivers for it but it still didn't worked. Then I thought of resetting my laptop but I don't want to delete my games and re-download them. So what can i do to resolve this problem? It's my first time of posting on reddit so please forgive me for any mistakes.

PROBLEME with BLUETOOTH on NOKIA 6700 CLASSIC !!!

I HAVE A PROBLEME WITH BLUETOOTH ON MY NOKIA 6700 CLASSIC ........... BLUETOOTH can't be activate.

• menu
• settings
• connectivity
• bluetooth
• activate

but he doesn't activate ........................................... so please help me!!!! .

• Have you made any recent changes on your device prior to this issue?
• Have you tried disabling and enabling the Bluetooth using the Control Panel? (Not turning off and on)
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

• Select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot.
• Under Find and fix other problems, select Bluetooth > Run the troubleshooter.
