Windows 10: Problem with large backgrounds

I have an odd problem whilst trying to set a background above 10mb in size, be it 1080p, 4k, 8k, i cannot use them. I want to be able to use the full quality of my display with my backgrounds 8k 8k Wallpapers work so long as they're not above 10mb. but i'm unable to set them as most of them are above 10mb in size, When i try to change my background it just goes black and does nothing, if i use an image under 10mb it's totally fine. • Right click on desktop.
• Select Personalize.
• Select Background and choose option under choose a fit.
• Now check if this helps.

Background applications

Hi Robert,

We understand that you don't want some apps to run on the background of your computer. What we suggest is to
control which apps are allowed to run in the background. To see which apps have permission, just follow the below steps:

• Open the Start menu or Start screen and select “Settings.”
• Click or tap the “Privacy” icon in the Settings.
• Scroll down to the bottom of the list and select “Background apps.”
  
• You’ll see a list of apps that have permission to run in the background with an “On/Off” toggle.

Just bear in mind that, apps normally run in the background to update their live tiles, download new data, and receive notifications. If you want an app to continue performing these functions, you should allow it to continue running in
the background.

• Click on Background to change it.
