Windows 10: Problem with Lock screen background

HiI have an issue where when I restart or shut down my computer and start it the lock screen background revert to default Blue screen and when I go to personalise then lock screen background my background picture is there.I don't know what's causing this please help.Here's my pc specsrocessor 12th Gen IntelR CoreTM i5-1235U 2.50 GHz Installed RAM 8.00 GB 7.83 GB usable System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Pen and touch Pen and touch support with 10 touch points Edition Windows 11 Home Version 23H2 Installed on ‎21/‎10/‎2023 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pa

Let us know the make and model of your computer.

Let us try few of the troubleshooting steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: Try to set the lock screen background to picture and check if the issue persists.

Step 2: I suggest you to install all the pending updates on your device and check if it helps.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

Step 3: Update the Display Adapter drivers.

• Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapter.
• Right click on the Display Adapter and click on
  Update Driver Software.
• Restart the computer.

Lock screen background problem

Windows 10 not using picture chosen for lock screen background. Browse button works but Windows does not use my selection. Have done all the suggestions in Shawn Brink's post on the subject. Can anyone help?

Lock screen background keep changing

I suggest you to follow the below steps to personalize the lock screen and check if it helps:

Change your lock screen background:

• Right click on Desktop, click on Personalization, and on
  Lock screen in the left pane.
• Here, under Background (click on the drop down arrow) you will see
  Windows spotlight, Picture, Slideshow.
• Select Windows Spotlight, lock the screen (Press Windows key + L) and check if it helps.
• Also, you can select Picture, Choose your picture, lock the screen and check if the issue persists.
