Windows 10: Problem with Microsoft Desktop Bundle BT: mouse falls asleep after 3-5 seconds

Hello!I've purchased a Microsoft Desktop Bundle BT Black 1AI-00011 a few days ago.I use it with Lenovo AIO PC, with Windows 10 Home inside.I found the following problem: the mouse falls asleep literally after 3-5 seconds of inactivity.I see like the cursor seems to freeze for a couple of milliseconds, and then make a sharp movement when I touch the mouse.This is very annoying.I've tried all the suggestions found on different forums and FAQ sites:1. First of all, I turned to the Intel forum

But there were no problems on the side of the chipset and processor manufacturer.

My problem is this.

Windows 11, NUC MSI Cubi N 8 GL, Pentium N5000 processor, 3168 NGW chipset, Intel(r) Bluetooth(r) Wireless drivers latest from Intel's website: version 20.100.10.6.



Microsoft Bluetooth Mobile mouse 3600 falls asleep every 1-3 minutes. When I move the mouse after sleep, the cursor wakes up after 1-2 seconds. In the bluetooth properties mouce's state changes from "connected" to "paired". Also it disappeared from device manager when goes to sleep state. It's very annoying to wake up mouse every few minutes. It's really annoying.

The solution found on the Internet did not help. I tried to add registry settings:

As a result only "Power Management" tab disappeared in the "Intel(r) Wireless Bluetooth(r)" properties. The mouse still falls asleep.

Also tried to uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" in the "HID device compatible with GATT Bluetooth" properties. NUC rebooted after each change. No success. The mouse also still falls asleep.

This mouse is really my favorite. I like it's design, performance and reliability. I have 3 such mice and on an old laptop with Qualcomm bluetooth adapter and another new laptop with Realtek adapter I have no problem. On NUC with Intel embedded adapter only.

I started the program test.exe. I see it in running processes. However, the mouse behavior has not changed. After a minute, the status changes to "paired", and the mouse disappears from the "device manager".

I also tried to "run as administrator" test.exe. The mouse is still falling asleep.

 

Computer falling asleep

Everytime i log onto my compuyer (windows 10 desktop) it shows the desktop background, loads up the files, then falls asleep. This is really annoying beciase i have been having another issue for a few months that makes it so i have to turn off my computer
and turn it back on whenever it falls asleep. How do i make it stop falling asleep manually?
