Windows 10: Problem with minecraft bedrock 0x80070005

So I have a problem where I would try to download minecraft windows and it would just give me a "error". I've tried everything, I uprgaded to windows 11 and everything and I still can't find anything. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. I will link what im seeing above

Hi, I play minecraft bedrock from my android device my problem is i basically finished a world of minecraft without cheats but it didn't give me even 1 archievements i have no idea whats wrong the connection is working and my minecraft is in recent version any suggestions?
