Windows 10: Problem with monitor setting

I just got a 120 hz monitor and i can run it at 120fps but im having a problem that literaly it changes every day...Yesterday i could run fortnite at 120 fps, today only sixty with the 120 fps option selected and this is already going on for like a week.Everyday changing to 120, next day 60 and it just keeps repeating.Can anyone please help me?[Original Title: Please help me]

My workaround is to use PowerPoint Screen Recorder but this need additional screen capture.

The reason for Screen Recorder is Windows 10 Mouse Cursor for Office Menu item disappear when select Screen Capture App. It is cumbersome to show Tech Support what is selected on Office App on captured screen...

I suggest you to change the settings to Extended Monitor and check if it helps.
