Windows 10: Problem with my computer

This problem started very recently. When I am typing or playing some games, a rectangle shows up on my screen for a few seconds, and I can't click or do anything during that period of time. If you know what is wrong with my computer, please help. This happened like three times while I typed this message.

Need some advice on computer problems.

Run HDtune (free version) on you hard drive. but most likely that the problem. You can also test your memory with Memtest86 as suggested above

You didn't list your OS

Lets start with what you're going to use this computer for, not what you want to put in it.

First rule: Determine what your needs are.
Second rule: Define your budget.
Third rule: Pick parts.
Fourth rule: Review parts several times.
Fifth rule: Buy said parts.
Sixth rule: Build it.

You are on rule/step 1. Go through the list until you're done.

 

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...


That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.
