  1. Problem with my HP slim windows 10 desktop computer


    My computer is not working correctly, up until about 2 weeks ago it ran like a champion , but for the past couple of weeks it'll either freeze , or the screen will go blackout on me ,or it inverts, goes sideways and then the only thing I can do is push the power button on the tower until the power goes off and then I can turn it back on but 10 minutes or so later I have to go through the same process again ? Please help me get it working right again .

    Also , how do I clean out all of the cache from each and every application and program ?

  2. Unable to access HP Simple Pass to Sign-in to the computer on Windows 10

    I understand your concern about accessing HP simple pass after upgrading to Windows 10. We will help you with this issue.

    • Do let us know the make and model of your computer?
    • Have you installed HP simple pass software on your computer?

    Try the below steps and check if it helps.

    Step 1: I suggest you to download the latest HP Simple Pass software from the manufacturer's website install it and check if it helps.

    Step 2: If you have already installed the software, I suggest you to re-install it and check if the issue persists.

    Follow the steps to Access Recovery Manager:

    • Press Start button from the keyboard, type Recover Manager.
    • Select Recovery Manager from the list when it becomes available. Allow the action to continue, if prompted. The
      HP Recovery Manager opens.
    • Click Software program re-installation, Next , select
      HP SimplePass for the listing and then follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall application

    Windows 10 upgrade problem, no input accepted

    I really hate having to come here and ask for help, but I really am stumped. It hurts my geek pride. I have a PC with fairly modern hardware in it. It has a p8p67 pro in it. I have tried upgrading windows 10 on it twice now. Both times I have had the same result.

    After windows finishes upgrading it goes to the log in/set up screen. I can't do anything. No keyboard or mouse input is accepted.

    I will list some, or hopefully all, of the troubleshooting steps I have tried:
    • Move keyboard and mouse to different USB ports.
    • Try different keyboard or mouse.
    • Restart computer, repeatedly.
    • Google for related issues.
    • Update Bios, because why not.
    • Create boot media and revert to windows 7.
    The windows 10 system restore boot media works fine with keyboard and mouse. All USB ports work in windows 7. I don't know what is wrong. I suspect that windows 10 is lacking a driver of some sort, but since the computer accepts no input I have no way of checking for which driver let alone installing it.

    Please help me figure this out. If I have to revert back to windows 7 again, I am not going to get it upgraded to windows 10. Thank you in advanced.

    HP Elite 8300 Ultra-Slim Desktop Plan

    Hi,

    So this Morning I got to browsing and came upon a HP Elite 8300 Ultra-Slim Desktop with a MXM Slot to Add a Graphics Card! Mainly those slots are meant for Laptops but HP found a way.

    I plan to just buy the MB and have my Friend create a case for it and buy a MXM Card later on
