Windows 10: Problem with my internet data usage not showing up

So recently i was wanting to check my wifi data usage but nothing shows. I cant get access to my wifi data usage it doesnt even show here is a picture of how it looks, also when i right click on the internet access on the bottom left and go to the network settings a cmd system 32 pops upAlso for other settings. Note i dont have admin rights so i cant perform any admin tasks. Please can someone help me resolve my issue.

Data Usage In Hotspot

Click Start > Settings > Network & Internet > Data usage

Click in the list box for 'Show settings for'

Choose the connection

Click View usage per app

That should show you data usage for a particular mobile hotspot connection.

I suggest you to follow the steps to check which application is using Data.

• 
  Open the Settings app, and click/tap on the
  Network & Internet icon.
  
• 
  Click/tap on Data usage on the left side. You will now see a general overview of the network data usage from the last 30 days on your PC.
  
• 
  Click/tap on the Usage details link on the right side under
  Overview.
  
• 
  You will now see how much network data has been used by each app from the last 30 days.
  

After that go to task manager and End Task the Application which uses the internet.

• 
  Press ctrl +shift +Esc to open Task manger.
