Windows 10: Problem with my laptop's performance after resting windows.

My laptop got stuck. I forcefully shut it down by pressing power button so that when I turn it on again the issue must be resolved, but when I turned it on my window was not loading properly, it was stuck on login screen cursor was moving but I could not enter password or anything. I reset my laptop and now it is very slow. It takes minutes to Refresh, and overall performance is now slow as compared to before. Can guide me what should I do? What could be the problem? Is there any drivers' issues or anything else.It is a Lenovo Legion y520 with windows 10 in it.

Really, you should be getting a list of laptops you like the look of, narrowing it down and then asking on here which is best.

Asking people for suggestions really doesn't work well as most people only have experience with 1-2 laptops at a time.

Searching all the shopping sites and creating a list for you is a lot of work.
