Windows 10: Problem with network controller in windows 11

I have a problem in my laptop window 11 , G15 5511, JJY9FN3, I have no connection to wifi Bluetooth and it doesn't even recognise usb plugin. In my device manager it shows error in network controller which is under other devices. Please do help me.

Problem in Network Connections

• Press Windows key
• Search Control Panel
• Click Troubleshooting then select Network and Internet
• Select Network Adapter then follow the on-screen instructions

Network Adapter PROBLEM

First Verify if the WLAN service is started and set to automatic, if the WLAN service is stopped, I would suggest you to start the service and put it to automatic.

Step 1: Please follow the steps to
start the WLAN service.

• 
  Click on Start, type in services.msc
  and press Enter.
  
• 
  Select WLAN Autoconfig from the list, Right click
  properties.
  
• 
  Change the startup type to Automatic.
  
• 
  Click on Start button.
  
• 
  Click on Apply, Ok.
  

Restart the computer and verify if it works.

Also check if all the dependencies are also running. Try the steps to check Dependencies.

• 
  Right-click on WLAN Autoconfig and select Properties.
  
• 
  Click on Dependencies, you will find all the dependency services under box labeled this service depends on the following system components.
  

Step 2: Run an inbuilt Network troubleshooter.

• 
  Press Windows + X key and select
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Type troubleshooting and select troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Click on view all on the left pane and select
  Network adapter.
  
• 
  Follow the on-screen steps and check.

Internet and Network problems

Thank you for updating us on the issue.

This issue may occur due to the outdated network adaptor driver. Try the below steps and check if it helps.

Method 1.

I would suggest you to run Network troubleshooter, it will automatically troubleshoot the network problem and check. If it helps.

• Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard and select Control Panel.
• Type Troubleshooting in the search bar on the Control Panel.
• Click on View all on the left navigation pane.
• Click on Network troubleshooter.
• Click on Advanced on the Network troubleshooter dialog box and click on Run as administrator (Enter the credentials if required).
• Click on Next and follow onscreen instruction complete the Network troubleshooter.

If the issue still persist try the below provided information.

Method 2.

I would suggest you to update network adaptor driver. Follow the below steps:

• Press Windows key + X and click on Device manager.
• Locate for Network adaptor and expand it.
• Right click on the adaptor device and click on
  update.
