Windows 10: Problem with new PC, programs dont close or open, mouse keeps moving

Hello, I have reacently purchased a new pc and seens to be facing a weird problem. Sometimes, after a while of using the computer, my aplications will not work properly and refuse to close even with task manager!. Not only that, but the pc does not reestart or shut down no matter what I do the buttoms are avaliable: they simply dont work.

Open program window keeps getting sent to the back of other open program windows

I dont know if it is a setting that I have activated or not but if I have more than 2 or 3 program windows open and i wish to select one from the task bar to open after I click the program it will appear in front but as soon as I move my mouse off the task
bar the program window disappears behind a full screen application window that was already open. I have to minimise all my open apps and select them individually or else they keep disappearing to the back.

The same thing happens with my notification button. If i click it the notification bar will pop up on the right of the screen but as soon as I move my mouse it closes.

 

Programs I open immediately close

I have Windows 10. It was fine but then a few months ago my mouse started acting weird and now whenever I open a program, if it opens that is, most of them immediately close. Or they don't close but reset.

Examples:

In browser, I search for something and go to look at an answer, immediately the tab refreshes to the Google Search homepage.

When I open Documents, I click through 1 or options and back to the Documents homepage.

I've ran virus checks, and when those don't close out, it says everything is fine and up to date.

Then there's the mouse, when that started glitching on me, it kept having me have to double click stuff. Highlighting doesn't always work, and sometimes if I'm in a documents, when I'm trying to highlight something, it ends up moving what the text out of
order.

Any suggestions?

 

Program opens then closes

So on My PC with Windows 10 a program opens and the closes every hour at the same time. You can see that a program opens but is closes or dissapares so fast that i can´t see what it is. Any idé on What
i might be? And stop it from doing it?
