Windows 10: problem with non-unicode telugu fonts after latest microsoft windows 11 update

In the recent update to Windows 11, non-unicode fonts are not working. Not only telugu fonts, but even non-unicode English fonts are completely not working at all in my Windows 11, and I tried some software, like Photoshop, to use unicode fonts at this time, but it also did not work for non-unicode fonts. but Wordpad works well with the method of converting non-unicode to unicode. First, I suppose this is a problem with only Photoshop, but after several hours of research, I have concluded it. It is a Windows 11 update problem. hopefully fix this issue ASAP.Image LinkThank You

I understand that you are looking for Telugu fonts. I’ll certainly assist you with the details.



We can try installing Telugu Supplemental fonts and see if that helps. Refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows logo key + I, to open
   Settings.
   
2. Click on Apps and select
   Apps & Features from the left pane.
   
3. Click on Optional features.
   
4. Now, click on Add a feature and look for
   Telugu Supplemental Fonts.
   
5. Click on it and select Install.
   

Telugu Supplemental Fonts have only Gautami and Vani fonts, however, you can also use your favorite search engine and look for a software or font that suits you best.

TELUGU Font is not properly rendered after i've upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7.

I could fix my issue by doing the following in Firefox:

1. Add Telugu to Languages in Options > Content > Languages > Choose.

Move it below the list if you want English rendering of websites.

2. Change the font face of Telugu to an installed font face in Options > Content > Fonts and Colors > Advanced.

I guess the problem is that all third party browsers are rendering Telugu font in a non-Indic font face, Arial Unicode for example. This causes troubles with rendering.

The following issue is not present in Edge and IE as said by the original poster.

 

TELUGU FONTS

I am a regular user of TELUGU keyboard in Windows OS. There is
only one TELUGU font, GOWTHAMI available in Win10 keyboard languages and in MS Indic language tool. Is there
any additional "TELUGU fonts' for that can be used in apps like, Photoshop and Design, Publishing software?

or else is it possible to use TELUGU FONTS available in other software, like ANU script manager with Windows TELUGU keyboard,

with which Windows I am well acquainted?

Please suggest.
