Windows 10: Problem with re-installing WinRAR

after uninstalling winrar a while ago, i needed it again today, so when i clicked the install button this appeared:deleting all files in regedit didnt work.

Do you have WinRAR installed on your PC?

If so: right click a RAR, choose 'Open With' - Choose Another App

Important - Check the box marked 'Always use this app to open rar . . .'

If WinRAR is not in the list, scroll to the bottom and click 'More Apps'

Again if WinRAR is not in the list, at the bottom, click 'Look for another app on this PC', then navigate to find the WinRAR executable . . .

 

Problems with winrar and instal exe's

i'm having sirieus problems with Winrar and instal exe files when i open them winrar crashed or the instal shield crashed this hapent today a hour ago right now i am scanning for virus but i had this before a year ago and forced me to reinstall windows is there a way to fix it?
i tryd System recovery but doest work
