Windows 10: Problem with registering a new fingerprint in Windows 7

I installed a clean Windows 7 on my Fujitsu-Siemens lifebook p7230 and when I try to install a fingerprint it takes me to some non-working site. Are there any options for solving this problem?

Fingerprint cannot be registered

I agree but it works also on the regular password screen aswell which means the fingerprint works on all login options EXCEPT the fingerprint login windows(I mean that by going to another login method and then use my fingerprint - it works)...
Why it doesn't recognize my fingerprint when I'm on the fingerprint login screen?
Why it does recognize my finger when I'm on all others..?

What is the solution for this?
I don't want to remove the fingerprint and try to register a new ones because when my friend did it - It just stopped recognizing the finger on the register process..

I know how to setup a new fingerprint XDD I just said that my friend's laptop doesn't even recognize the finger, no matter how many times he puts his finger on the sensor, the sensor doesn't recognize the finger..

So we have 2 problems:
1. Can't access login page directly via Fingerprint option, Only with all other methods and then pressing on the fingerprint sensor will work.
2. Can't register new fingerprint which means there is an issue with the driver itself but that is not making sense since 3 people have hardware/driver corrupt at the same time? it seems like a Windows Update cause this isse.

 

Windows Hello Fingerprint Setup not working

As per the description, I understand that the fingerprint feature does not work on Window10. We will assist you to resolve the issue.

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the finger print driver and check if that helps to resolve the issue.

Please follow the below steps.

• 
  Delete the fingerprints you already registered.
  
• 
  Press Windows Key + R Key.
  
• 
  Then type “devmgmt.msc” and press
  Enter.
  
• 
  Uninstall the current driver
  the current diver under "Biometric devices".
  
• 
  You maybe have to click the "discover new hardware" symbol in the device manager.

Cannot Register Fingerprint in Windows hello.

We'd like to know a couple of things so that we can better address your concern. Kindly answer the following:

• Did you use a Microsoft account to sign in before you registered your fingerprint? If so, are you using the same Microsoft account right now to do the same thing?
• What was the exact error message that you got? It would be great if you can provide us a screenshot.
• Have you tried signing in with the previous fingers you registered?

If you're using the same Microsoft account to register your fingerprints and you were able to sign in with the fingers you previously registered, that means they are already registered in Windows Hello and you don't need to re-register them again (thus,
the possible error you're getting). You have the option to add multiple fingerprints or remove all fingerprints that are currently registered under your account.
