Windows 10: Problem With Rtwlane.sys and bugcheck

Hey, my pc sometimes goes bluscreen and the error message is something withException_not_handled Rtwlanu.sysalso sometimes it just randomly restart on its own. after checking eventvwr, there is an error bugcheck that make memory dump belowhttps://drive.google.com/file/d/1Tr-98G0UNshq4NWBpwiC71_kijFXuLFE/view?usp=sharingi already chkdsk /f, sfc /scannow, dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth but still doesnt fix the problem.what other option can i do to fix my pc?

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000133

And I'm back... unfortunately. Dell support was no help really, all they did was all the same steps I already tried and was suggested by you. Upon finally figuring out how to read the dump files myself though I did notice this in the bugcheck dump files.

PROCESS_NAME: Azureus.exe

That came before the Stack_Text and SmbCo10X64.sys description. Is that supposed to be the contributing program along with the SmbCo10X64.sys error? I'm testing to see if thats the case by not having it running like I usually do.

 

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

• Since when are you facing the above issue? Did you make any recent changes to the computer?
• Did you try booting the computer in Safe mode and check if the issue persists?
