Windows 10: Problem with saved payment method - Jewels of Rome

I tried to buy jewels in Jewels of Rome this morning. It started to load as usual, but then flashed to a different screen which said I had no payment method. I've had one for a long time. I reentered the number, but it said it wasn't valid.

Gaming: Microsoft Jewels of Rome purchased items disappeared.

I recently made a purchase in the Jewels of Rome game. Initially, the purchase showed up in the game but after a restart, it's dissapeared. I have logged out and logged back in, but I can't get it back.

• Add a new payment method or change the payment method.

Like always, things are made difficult for the end user

HOW TO REMOVE A PAYMENT METHOD ?

I have removed my visa card, but now have my mobile operator listed as a payment method, how to REMOVE this ?

 

Restarting "Jewels of.." games

thank you for the prompt reply. The games are from Microsoft. They are Jewels of Egypt, Jewels of Rome and Jewels of the Wild West.

Have no idea where the user data is located. Would have thought that uninstalling would remove it
