    hi, i raise a problem in serato dj, but they advised me to ask a question to you for my problem. im having a problem connecting my midi controller with the software. this issue is with 11th gen only. can you review this problem? can you connect with them to solve this problem. please.

    After Windows 10 upgrade serato ns7 dj controllers not functioning

    ever since i updated to 10--....my hp isn't compatible with my serato ns7 dj controllers....lol smh...if i knew, never would of updated ...well...... to late for should of would of....is there any updates i should know about ??..help

    As per the description, I suggest that you check if there are any Windows 10 drivers available for the device in question. If so, download and install them and check if you are able to rectify the issue. If the drivers are not available, you can download
    the latest available driver and install it in Compatibility Mode.
