    Problem with setting up windows account


    I have been able to set up my new laptop with the company email address. But on restart windows prompts me to set up fingerprint when i start the process it prompts me to use microsoft authenticator on my phone. I have installed the authenticator on my phone & i get the same instruction on the app on my phone as on the laptop.
