Windows 10: Problem with signing into Windows, Can't get into account and get this error message:...

This happened just recently with my new laptop. I was able to sign in before into Windows through settings and Microsoft Store, but for some reason out of nowhere I can't sign in anymore. I got logged out of my account that was on there before and it now says its a Local Account on this computer even though I was signed in before. I tried to look for some solutions on the internet but I came out empty handed and now that has landed me here. I found another post like this one from this thread This thread is kinda old so the info here is probably useless. I looked through it, did all of the possible, and as you may have guessed, it didn't work. I've got no clue to why this happened or what I did or didn't do to make this happen. I really don't want to reinstall Windows and have to get rid of all my files and stuff, so if anyone has a solution please just tell me what I have to do.

Meanwhile, I suggest that you follow these steps and check if this will help you in resolving the error message:

• Press Windows key + R and type services.msc.
• Right-click Microsoft Account Sign-in assistant and choose
  Properties.
• In Startup type, choose Automatic then click
  OK.

Cannot sign in microsoft account.

My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6.

Any suggestion?
