Windows 10: Problem with starting a computer

Good morning, I have a problem with my computer, it won't start if I have a keyboard/mouse/external drive connected even when one of these things is attached it still won't start. Only when I unplug all these things does the computer boot up, and after booting up I can plug all the stuff back in and everything works.

Need some advice on computer problems.

Run HDtune (free version) on you hard drive. but most likely that the problem. You can also test your memory with Memtest86 as suggested above
