Windows 10: Problem with the clipboard

Good eveningI have a problem with the clipboard, I can copy and paste everything, but if I copy and paste a folder, file, document... afterwards I can't copy and paste words or sentences.I tried absolutely everything I've seen from the internet: windows+V to clean the history, changing settings, restart the windows explorer... and nothing works till I restart the computer, but it must have some other solution.it never happened with windows 10, but it happens with windows 11

Thank you, The first suggestion worked. The second did also provided I did not click in the Paint window first.

I'd spent some time trying to work it out for myself but was fooled by the clipboard window always closing prematurely. So thanks again.

Hi, you could try clearing clipboard history as a first step:

as shown in this tutorial: Clear Clipboard Data in Windows 10 There are more tutorials on clipboard history in... the Tutorials section. And you'll find links to some more below the main text. Otherwise, it's possible Win key + H has been reallocated, or the actual clipboard history feature is corrupt. If no joy, try creating a new user for test purposes and try c. history when logged in as that user.

I just downloaded clipboard to my windows 10 desktop computer. I took a screenshot and opened clipboard but can't figure out how to view it. Is there a step by step tutorial on how to use clipboard? There are only two settings with no directions on how
to use them. I thought if I save something to clipboard it would be there when I opened the app as it was in windows 7 and XP. All I am getting is a black and orange screen with a clipboard in the middle. I don't want to share I just want to open what I've
copied to it.......
