Windows 10: Problem with the Minecraft Home Cape

Today I saw that Microsoft giving away a new cape called “Home Cape”.I you want to get this cape you should watch a Minecraft Twitch channel for 3 minutes and you will get the new cape. Then I started waiting. After 3 minutes the message popped out from the notification section on twitch. Then I told me that you have received the code for the home cape. You can go and type this code to the get it!I opened Minecraft.net, I logged in to my account which I have been using it to play Minecraft. After I logged in, I clicked to redeem button. Then I put the code that I have received from twitch. The

Minecraft Purple Heart Cape - Twitch reward

I redeemed the reward on Twitch - Inventory - Purple Heart Cape for Minecraft on Windows 11. I've entered the code, now it says already redeemed and when I go into the minecraft launcher, there is no Purple Heart Cape available to equip. The email, account information, etc. are all correct.

What could be the problem?

 

Cape is gone.

In minecraft bedrock, I have 2 capes, the cross-platform cape, and the pancape, for some reason when I booted up minecraft, to change my skin, and somehow my pancape was gone and my cross platform cape remained, I don't have any proof that my pan cape
is gone, can somebody help me find out what happened?

I voted in the minecraft mob vote on bedrock, and i recived my cape on bedrock but should i have it on java?
