Windows 10: Problem with "Threat found - Action needed. Trojan:Script/Foretype.A!ml"

Starting today, I'm constantly getting a notification of a Threat Detected, action needed. I did a full scan with defender and it notified me of a trojan and I took action, but it still shows up and I'm wondering if this is a windows issue. Every time I open my e-mail in edge, it closes after about 5 seconds and notifies me of the threat again.

I'm attaching a snipping tool snip of the what it says, and hopefully it's a windows issue that can be fixed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This only started happening today 3/15/20.
