Windows 10: Problem with transferring videos from Samsung phone to PC

I have 2 issues. The first is that videos sent to me by Whats App, disappeared from my phone and the ones I had transferred to my pc disappeared at the same time.Secondly, when I go to transfer images from my phone to my pc, only images are shown and none of the videos.I imagine some settings are wrong but I'm not very technically savvy so don't know what to do to sort this.

Those are essentially the same steps I showed in Post #11 for my Samsung phone. It is important after the phone is connected to the PC with a USB cable to swipe from the top of the phone screen to show the notifications. If you can't connect the phone to your PC with a USB cable then the easiest way to get the screenshots from your phone to your PC is to email them to yourself. I just opened my Gmail account on my phone, created a new email, attached the screenshots to it, and emailed them. When I opened the email on my PC I selected to to download the attachment. Note the attachment was a single zip file with the screenshots inside.

 

Automatically transfer videos from windows phone 8 to PC

When hooking up my Windows Phone 8 to my Windows 8 PC then Windows Phone App launches and automatically copies the camera roll pictures to my PC's default save location. However the video files are not automatically transferring.

• Is there a way to tell the Windows Phone App to also automatically transfer the video files to the PC?

I found out about the problem when I ran games on the phone using Phone Link. Assuming that the PC is connected to the phone with Phone link On the phone if you look at the Bluetooth settings you will see that:

• Calls = Enabled
• Audio = Not available

However, on the PC if you run Bluetooth Audio Receiver and open a connection to the phone then On the phone if you look at the Bluetooth settings you will see that:

• Calls = Enabled
• Audio = Enabled
