  1. Problem with Upgrading to May 2020.

    Hello Everyone,

I have an issue with upgrading to the May 2020 update. Windows Update gets stuck on "Installing" at 61% and doesn't go through after that. My disk space available is 43GB as well which I think it's enough for the update.

I've tried the below without any luck:

    -Windows Update troubleshooter.

    - sfc /scannow

    - chkdsk /r

    - Installing over an ISO that got stuck on 31%

    - Disk cleanup

    - Windows Update service was running as well as the BITS service.

    - Windows Update Assistant didn't give me the update I wanted.

    Any thoughts on that?

I also uploaded the WindowsUpdate.log if anyone can take a look and dig through this but I can't see anything specific: https://ufile.io/q737d944

    Thank you in advance.

    :)

  2. Video card or RAM need upgrading?

Memtest: no errors after 10 hrs.
I'm going to perform the Primetest, later on. Get back to you on that.
I'm going to take it step by step, guys. I need to find the problem with this current computer. I might have to upgrade some components, so that it is still runnable. As for the new one, yes....i will build on it later. I need to find something decent 'gaming experience', all suggestions appreciated. THanks.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
    a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
    b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

Tried steps as per windows support guide ( DISM , scannow etc...) ; but still issue hasn't resolved.

Appreciate if you can suggest steps to resolve this issue.
