    Problem with Visual Studio 2013 apps after installing Windows 11 update 2023-KB5031323


    After installing Windows 11 update 2023-KB5031323, applications developed with Visual Studio 2013 Ultimate Lightswitch, Visual Basic fail to load.Two cases arise:the screen displays 'Loading' but nothing further happensthere is an error message window see attachedRebooting the pc does not change anything.The path "C:\services\microsoft-lightswitch..." does not exist, nor has it existed ever before.These desktop apps are very stable and used for eight years. There are a couple of hundred users and they all experience the same issue. It clearly has to do with this particular Windows Update,

    Will visual studio 2013 run on windows 10?!

    I am wondering if Visual Studio 2013 will run properly on Windows 10. I have installed Visual Studio update 5. If it's not going to work, will my project that I have developed in Visual Studio 2013 work in Visual Studio 2015?!
