Windows 10: Problem with Win 10 recovery.

Had to use Win 10 instalation media on USB stick to access recovery options as the system would not boot, initially, due to corrupted BootMGR.The recovery was mostly successful, except now it will only boot if the USB key, that had the Win 10 installation media on it, is inserted. Trying to boot from C drive now yields 'BootMGR missing'. It seems the recovery process created an active Primary partition on the USB key no drive letter so, system reserved?? and the system won't start or continue running without the key inserted. Note the C drive also includes an active partition accordin

Win 10 won't boot, recovery steps will not run  

I was trying to use the method they suggest of having the donor drive on the same system as the recipient, but it could not work with the donor drive being unbootable, as mine was. BTW, now that I have three SSD's I decided to run a read speed test on them expecting to see uniformity as happened with one of them, the third one shown below. The other two show quite a bit of variation, surprising me. The KingFast SSD (first graph shown) is the one that went down on me.
