Windows 10: Problem with Windows 10 after update - icons dispear, programs doesnt start

Hello,


I have problem and don't have any idea how to fix it. Today i updated my MS Windows 10 Home. It was not updated for long time.
After system booted i couldn't do anything, symptoms were :
- no icons on desktop
- no mouse pointer
- I cant open start menue and if I open something from shsortucts like ex Task Mgr it shows only on bottom bar but not on screen i can close it using alt+f4 but can't see it

So I decided to reinstall system, about 5 minuts after it starts resolution changes to higher, icons disapears and it stops respondig same way as before, with small change that after rebooting I only gets black screen.

It seems like some issue with compatibility beetwen system and hardware, am I right ? any clues appreciated.

MotherBoard: ASRock H110M-DGS
Graphic Card: nVida nvidia geforce gtx 1050 ti.

Windows 10 desktop icons not in order

In ccleaner, did you uncheck cleaning the icon cache... have not used in a while; however, I think that is what the option is called.

Now, if you are setting the icons and they move after you have set the settings and not changed them... you may have the "Random Windows 10 Icon movement problem".
Some people have this and some don't.

Did u try right clicking and select add to start menu?

When did AMD release DX12 drivers?
