Windows 10: Problem with Windows 10 pro screen resolution

I'm running Windows 10 pro and Firefox. I'm having trouble setting up a screen display scale and layout now it is 13 66 x 7 668 100%/landscape]

I used to read the Daily Mail Football section every day and the page fitted the screen perfectly but I can't remember what screen screen layoutI had it set to.

A pologies but I've had to display the page below as I can't find a way of just attaching it.


FOOTNOTE – Anyone know what genius in Microsoft decided to release Microsoft edge browser when it is totally unusable with speech recognition software, which is a hell of a lot of disabled people use on their computers?

Windows 10 - Screen Resolution Problem

I understand the inconvenience that you are unable to change the screen resolution, we will help you with this issue.

I suggest you to update the Display Adapter Drivers

Step 1: Update the Display Adapter driver.

• Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapter.
• Right on the Display Adapter and click on
  Update driver software.

Step 2: Please follow the below steps to change the resolution of the screen and check:

• 
  Type Change screen resolution in the
  Search box from the desktop.
  
• 
  Under Resolution search for the
  Recommended resolution and click on Apply.
  
• 
  A windows pops up saying "Keep these display settings", then select
  Keep changes.
  

I would like to inform that, there will be a recommended resolution for all the computers, and if you select more than the recommended resolution the screen would not support for that.

Screen resolution problem on Dell laptop after installing Win10!

I was upgrade to Win10 yesterday,and yes I saw that tutorial but the problem is that I don't have option to change resolution higher than 1024x768.The same resolution is "List all modes" option.On Win7 everything is working fine and I was able to change resolution to 1920x1080.

To add to this solution, also try Monitors. Right click on the driver and
Update Driver Settings, browse my computer for driver, uncheck - Show compatible hardware and select from the list the manufacturer and model of your PC.

Hopefully that should work too. (Don't forget to restart after you have applied changes).
