    Problem with Windows 11 23H2


    I installed the Windows 23H2 update and after restarting Windows it loads endlessly. The keyboard goes dark.     Cannot install Windows 11 23H2

    The build number 22631.2506 implies the device has been upgraded to 23H2 already.

    Here are the version/build numbers for Windows 11.

    • 22000.xxx is 21H2
    • 22621.xxx is 22H2
    • 22631.xxx is 23H2
    Your system is fully up-to-date. What else you're looking for?

    Windows 11 23H2 upgrade broke File Explorer, it will not run

    Good news!

    Problem seems to be fixed by 2023-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5032190) update released 11/14 that I installed on 11/15. In the Knowledge Base notes is the following under File Explorer:

    • This update addresses an issue that stops File Explorer from opening.

    It worked for me, no longer have any problems, no need to re-install (somehow I couldn't roll back 23H2 update and had no recovery point before that time).

    Windows 11 23H2 Narrator problem

    I try to install Windows 11 23h2 useing Narrator by pressing Ctrl + Win + Enter in the installation screen but Narrator not start

    Also the Start reading document, Narrator plus Down Arrow or Control plus Narrator plus R commands are not work in Notepad
