Windows 10: Problem with Windows 11 activation

Hi! Yesterday I bought a new CPU, GPU and motherboard, so when I was going to set everything up for my new hardware update, my father recommended me to upgrade my Windows to Windows 11, saying that as I have Windows 10, I could update it for free. I downloaded Windows 11 as an .iso directly from Microsoft and I thought I was all set up for the upgrade. After installing the hardware, I got to the software and had no problems with it, until I had to activate Windows. I don't have the key of my previous version as I bought it online more than 5 years ago and I thought it was linked to my account.

I suggest you to go through Phone activation to activate your Windows 10 copy.

To run Phone activation please follow the steps below:

• 
  Press Windows + R key.
  
• 
  Type slui 4 and hit enter.
  
• 
  Select the Country or
  Region.
  
• 
  Follow the on screen instructions.

I suggest you to activate the copy of Windows 10 via phone by following the steps below:

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select your Region/Country.
• Select the Phone Activation option, and hold on for a real person.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
