Windows 10: Problem with windows defender

I don't know if I can use my computer normally I just downloaded an antivirus to prevent any attack but does anyone know how to solve the problem?

• Press Windows + R key.
• Type services.msc.
• Right-click Windows Defender service and click
  Start.
