Windows 10: Problem with windows update Error: 0x80070643

Hi I was trying to optimise my PC for gaming and was trying to tweak some Settings and PC power mode. I think I messed up by going to Storage and deleting some Temporary files.. I basically deleted everything that was checked by default, including Windows upgrade log files and windows update clean up files. As soon as I did that I noticed that my system is no longer showing as up to date although before that it was fully up to date and. Try to apply the update manually As suggested by Microsoft. I just wrote a
step by step guide.

However be sure that the update itself is downloaded and that the installation part is failing, and not the downloading part.
