Discus and support problem with windows in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I tried to install Windows 11 eight times. The first two times on my own and it was rejected couldn't install. The next 6 times were with microsoft...     I tried to install Windows 11 eight times. The first two times on my own and it was rejected couldn't install. The next 6 times were with microsoft techs. One tech told me I had to reinstall windows 10. He did that and it took me back to windows versiion 1607 with won't accept any upgrades. I also can't use a LOT of apps; can't even use my printer or Snip and Sketch. Also can't get into a lot of urls; one of which is the path to getting to live chat support. They keep trying to update/upgrade and it won't work. Now they are telling me that I need a custom installation; that 1607 is so
