Windows 10: Problem with Wireless Adapter

My dell laptop uses a Qualcomm Wireless Adapter. The issue is that when I connect my laptop with 5 GHz band of my wifi, for every 30 minutes the wireless adapter runs into a problem where I can't even see any nearby wifi in the nearby wifi list. I need to troubleshoot the wifi part of the adapter where it resets the adapter or I would manually disable and enable the adapter which solves the problem temporarily. I would get this error only while using 5 GHz band, but not when using 2.4 GHz band. Is there any solution to this problem. I checked with the properties of wireless adapter in the devi

Method 1:

Step 1: Update network adapter driver from the device manager by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

• Press Windows key + X keys on the keyboard and click on
  Device Manager from the options.
• Expand the Network adapters from the options.
• Right click on the wireless network card and select Update option.
• Restart the computer and check if the changes are effective.

Step 2: If the issue persist, I suggest you to uninstall the network adapter driver from the device manager by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

• Press Windows key + X keys on the keyboard and click on
  Device Manager from the options.
• Expand the Network adapters from the options.
• Right click on the wireless network card and select Uninstall.
• Restart the computer for automatic installation of network adapters and check if the changes are effective.
