Windows 10: problem with wireless headset and my laptop

my Bose wireless headset is connected to my laptop Bluetooth, but it seems like my laptop doesn't recognize it and I cant switch my output to my headset. and also it was still workingable to connect and switch audio from laptop speaker to headset output last week but suddenly stopped working this week. my windows is on the newest update and i have tried to troubleshoot other all kind of method shown on youtube. please help me
