Windows 10: Problem with Word version 16.78

I have Word version 16.78 and when I am working on a document in Word, and if I go to correct a mistake in a paragraph I'm typing, after I have made the correction the document will automatically move to the top the page or even go to the previous page, and at times Word won't allow me to make corrections on a document.. How do I fix this?

Word, Excel and PowerPoint are Office applications. There are different Office versions. You may follow the steps below to check which version of Office you are using.

  Go to File Then select Account.
  
• 
  Click on About Word (Which have symbol of question mark).
  

I also suggest you to check multiple versions of Microsoft Office is installed or not in your system. You may follow the steps below:

• 
  Go to Control panel.
  
• 
  Click on programs and features.
  

Please do let us know the version of Office that you are using for further assistance.

 

Word 16 hangs when saving

I have a problem with Word 16 hanging when I go to File>Save (or Save As) or File>Options. It also does it when I press F12. It only does it in Word, not in any of the other Office 365 apps.

I have tried the following with no success:

Quick repair

Complete repair (reinstall)

Disabling add-ins

Opening Word in Save Mode

Doing a clean boot of Windows

I am running:

Word 16 MSO (16.0.6828.1016) 32 bit

Windows 10 version 1511(OS Build 10586.318)

Is there a solution to this problem?

 

I cannot open any of my Office files; Word, Excel, Powerpoint

I am working in Windows 10 home version 1909.
Can not afford an upgrade.
My Office files are old, dont know what version.
Cant remember how I updated this laptop to Windows 10 months ago.
PROBLEM:
I can not open any of my Office files; Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
I looked for my Windows old file as suggested, and it IS gone.
Haveing a small breakdown, will step away and return in a few...ANY DIRECTIONS AND ANSWERS WOULD BE GREAT!!!!!! PLEASE WRITE THEM IN STEP BY STEP FORMAT. Thankyooouuuuuuuu!
